    Welcome to The Residence Halls at UW-L! The Office of Residence Life is proud to support each and every one of our 3,500 + students and staff residing on campus, so take some time and browse through the halls by clicking on their picture, or by using the side navigation menu. Each has their own selling points, things to be aware of, and we know you’ll find one that fits your needs!

    Angell Hall is a traditional cube-style hall that supports a mixture of 398 first-year and upper-class students. It is located on the south-west side of campus.

    Coate Hall is one of three all freshmen First Year Experience halls on campus. It is a traditional cube-style hall that supports about 396 residents. It is located on the north-west side of campus.

    Drake is our smallest traditional cube-style hall which supports a mixture of about 260 first-year and upper-class students. Drake is also home to our Sophomore Experience and is located centrally on campus.
    Eagle Temp
    Eagle Hall is a suite-style hall which is partitioned into two sub-hall Eagle Gray and Eagle Maroon. Eagle supports about 750 residents who are a mixture of freshmen, upper-class students, and international students. Eagle Hall is located on the north-west side of campus.

    Affectionately known as Hutch, Hutchison hall is a traditional cube-style hall that supports a mixture of about 382 first-year and upper-class students. It is located on the south-west side of campus.

    Laux Hall is one of three all freshmen First Year Experience halls on campus. It is a traditional wing-style hall that supports about 270 residents. It is located on the north-east side of campus.

    Reuter Hall is an apartment-style hall that supports about 376 upper-class students. Reuter Hall is also home to Gender Inclusive Housing and the Upper-class Student Living Learning Community. Reuter Hall is located on the north-east side of campus.

    Sanford Hall is a traditional wing-style hall that supports about 250 residents on floors that are mixed by gender (male, female, gender non-binary, or transgender, non-identifying, or other) but not within the same room. It is located on the north-east side of campus.

    Wentz Hall is a traditional wing-style hall that supports about 238 residents. It is located on the south-west side of campus.
