Entrance Loan Counseling (ELC) - Including Grad PLUS ELC
Federal requirement.
Be sure to complete the Entrance Counseling.
Completing the Financial Awareness Counseling will NOT meet the Federal requirement.
Must be completed before student's first Direct Loan can be disbursed.
Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (Direct Loan MPN)
Must be completed before student's first Direct loan can be disbursed.
Exit Loan Counseling (XLC)
Must be completed when a student graduates or goes below half-time.
Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan
Direct Parent PLUS Loan Request Form & Direct PLUS Master Promissory Note (Direct PLUS MPN)
Both must be completed before a Direct Parent PLUS Loan can be disbursed.
Authorizes a credit decision for a Direct Parent PLUS Loan.
Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan
Direct GRAD PLUS Loan Request Form & Direct GRAD PLUS Master Promissory Note (Direct Grad PLUS MPN)
Both must be completed before a Direct Graduate PLUS Loan can be disbursed.
Authorizes a credit decision for a Direct Graduate PLUS Loan.
