Delegates

A delegate at a college inauguration is a person chosen to represent another institution during the investiture ceremony and academic procession. Delegates are responsible for their own academic regalia.

Delegates are invited to participate in the academic procession that proceeds the investiture ceremony. Further information about the academic procession will be sent in early April.

Details about hotel accommodations and visitor information are provided in the accommodation tab to the left.

Students, faculty and staff

Students, staff and faculty are invited to attend Chancellor Beeby's Investiture Ceremony. You can only register one person at a time.

Emeriti, alumni, community, family and friends

Alumni, community members, emeriti, family, friends, and all those in between are invited to attend Chancellor Beeby's Investiture Ceremony. You can only register one person at a time.

Staff and Faculty- Academic Regalia

Those who are wearing academic regalia must participate in the academic procession directly proceeding the investiture ceremony and those who are participating in the academic procession must wear regalia. If you have any questions, please contact Mikaela Schneider(mschneider2@uwlax.edu).

The deadline for academic regalia orders has passed. If you need to order regalia, please reach out to the bookstore.
