TIAA-CREF Campus Visit  A representative from TIAA-CREF, a vendor of the UW System Tax-Sheltered Annuity 403(b) Program, will be on campus on Tuesday, May 28th and Wednesday, May 29th offering individual counseling sessions. Small Group Retirement Sessions  The Department of Employee Trust Funds is holding a small group appointment retirement session on Tuesday, May 14th at 1:30 pm and Wednesday, May 15th at 9:30 am at the State Office Building on Mormon Coulee Rd in La Crosse.  The session is intended for employees within 1 year of the minimum retirement age or those considering retirement within the next 12 months.  Please contact ETF to schedule your appointment.  The contact information and more information about the session is available on ETF's flyer.

W-2 Statements Available on Portal  Current employees are able to log in to their portals and print a copy of their tax statement. For instructions on finding your statement on your portal, click here.  Current and former employees will also have their statements mailed to their home address.  For information on understanding your W-2 statements, click here.

Mandatory Reporting Requirements The Governor recently signed into law Executive Order #54 which declares that all employees (faculty, staff, administrators, coaches, and student employees) of the University of Wisconsin System are required to immediately report any case of child abuse or child neglect that they learn of in the course of their employment. Reports of child abuse or neglect under Executive Order #54 should be made to University Police. Click here for Executive Order #54 information and training resources.
