Job Duties
This person works in the Cashier’s Office providing support and direction to the Cashiers and reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager. This person is responsible for directing the work flow of the Cashier’s Office, managing and reconciling daily bank deposits, and creating invoices. This person also assists in the review and update of the processes and procedures in the Cashier’s Office, as well as performs special projects.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; automated financial system; must be organized with an attention to detail; must be customer service orientated to inform individuals of processes and to resolve problems as some situations may be difficult and require negotiation; effective written and verbal communication skills; completed or be in the process of completing (within 9 months) a 2 year associate degree in accounting or a related field, or a combination of academic preparation and work experience equal or greater than five years is desired.
