Information Security Committee

Purpose:
This committee provides leadership in the protection of UW-L information assets and technology. The committee members advise on and prioritize the development of information security initiatives, projects and policies as advocates for the constituents of the System, including individual units, students, faculty and staff.

Scope:
Provide guidance and leadership to maintain and improve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information across UW-L. The committee may establish working groups or subcommittees to identify and develop strategic direction and recommendations.   Membership Structure The Committee will be co-chaired by an Office of the CIO representative.
