Utilizing Folders:

Organization will be paramount as you begin to add content and as you go along updating and maintaining your website. We suggest organizing your artifacts, reflections, caption sheets, etc... in folders. Organizing your files will save you time and confusion if you need to go back and make small changes in the future.

Naming Files:

When choosing names for files (reflections, artifacts, etc.) we recommend using names that signify where that file belongs. For example, if you created an activity called abc tag for a class that met standard #5, it is beneficial to include the number 5 in the file name so you are able to easily reference which standard it meets. However, the # and " cannot be used in naming.  For example: abc_tag5 would be more beneficial than abc_tag which gives you no link to what standard it meets.
