Brief biography

I found out that I enjoyed Mathematics and Physics in middle school, so I studied Math and Physics (and earned B.S. and B.A.) from Texas Lutheran University in 2013. I received an M.S. in 2015 and a Ph.D. in 2019 in Mathematics from the University of Iowa.

My research interests are mainly Computational Topology, Topological Data Analysis (TDA), and TDA Mapper.

My hobbies include playing the guitar, piano, and chess. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.
