Coate Hall Information
 

Located on the West side of campus, Coate is one of the three first year experience (FYE) coed residence halls.  As a first year hall, special academic and programmatic services are offered to meet the unique needs of freshman.  In addition, a peer Learning and Enrichment Coordinator works to meet the specific needs of first year students as they transition academically, socially and personally. There is an additional minimal charge assessed to students living in this unique environment to fund these services. This building is coed by cube.

Included in each room: Two desks, dressers, twin (extra-long) beds, mini fridge, bookshelves, recycling bag, and trash/recycling bin.

Building Amenities: Volleyball court, basketball court, tv lounge, game room, group study, computer lab, coffee house/study area, piano, laundry facilities, high-speed internet (including Wi-Fi), and cable television hookup.
