Located on the East side of campus, Laux is one of the three first year experience (FYE) coed residence halls.  As a first year hall, special academic and programmatic services are offered to meet the unique needs of freshman.  Laux houses an Academic Resources Mentor (ARM) Team as well as a part time academic advisor to assist students adjusting to the academic demands of college life.  There is an additional minimal charge assessed to students living in this unique environment to fund these services. This building is coed by floor.

Included in each room: Two desks, dressers, twin (extra-long) beds, mini fridge, bookshelves, recycling bags, and trash/recycling bins.

Building Amenties: Volleyball court, TV lounge, game room, group study, computer lab, high-speed internet (including Wi-Fi), cable television hookup, laundry facilities, and beverage/snack vending.
