Is there a closet, a dresser, etc. for each of the three students assigned to a triple room?
Yes, there are 3 of everything that there are 2 of in a double room.
What happens if one person in a triple room cancels/is ineligible? Do the 2 remaining get a new roommate?
YES. If it happens before room assignments and the Office of Residence Life is aware of it, the two remaining will most likely be assigned to a double room instead.
