We invite you to participate in the 2025 Celebrating Our Montessori Children Conference by becoming an exhibitor and/or sponsor. Your support makes this conference possible and provides high visibility to you. Please offer services or products related to education and learning for children.

Sponsors of the Celebrating Our Montessori Children Conference can add-on an infomercial to any sponsorship level (does not include exhibitors). Your 2-minute promotional video will be displayed at one of the Conference general sessions. 

The video: 

  • Will be provided by sponsor
  • Content should be applicable to the Conference and connect with the participants
  • Should highlight your product/service by connecting to the Conference theme, Joining the Pieces Together for Peace

  • How many attendees typically attend the conference?
    • Approximately 150 attendees
  • What makes this conference unique?
    • Our regional conference provides participants with a blend of insights into Montessori curriculum and philosophy as well as contemporary topics regarding high-quality teaching. As a regional conference it is just the right size to connect with your school community friends and meet new colleagues. We can't wait to have you join us for a day of learning and renewal!
  • When will door prizes be handed out?
    • Door prizes will be handed out during the closing ceremony at the end of the day.
  • Will I receive an attendee list prior to the conference?
    • An attendee list (including name, school, and title) will be shared with registered sponsors and exhibitors a week before the conference.
  • How long has this conference been in existence?
    • 2025 will be the 11th annual conference.
  • How do I register?
    • Please complete the applicable exhibitor or sponsor online registration form 
  • What are the registration deadlines?
    • December 18: Deadline to be included in conference materials
    • January 6: Sponsor & Exhibitor registration deadline
    • January 14: In-person attendee registration deadline
    • Noon on January 17: Online attendee registration deadline (keynote session only)
  • What are the registration options for sponsors and exhibitors?
    • Please refer to the table above for complete sponsor and exhibitor registration options.
  • Is attendance included in registration?
    • Exhibitor registration and Major Keynote Sponsor includes attendance/meals for one representative; other sponsorship options do not include attendance. If you would like to attend, you will need to register as an attendee.
  • Why should I send a door prize and what should it be?
    • Door prizes donated by sponsors and exhibitors have provided an enjoyable experience at the end of the conference day, and we are hoping to continue with that tradition. Participants look forward to this celebratory component.
    • We sincerely request that sponsors and exhibitors provide door prize with a minimum retail value of $15. Please consider a sample of your merchandise or something related to Montessori that attendees would enjoy (great outreach opportunity).
  • What is the deadline for sending my door prize?
    • By January 6, 2025,  let us know what you will be providing for a door prize by emailing Karen (ex@uwlax.edu).
    • Door prizes should be delivered by January 13, 2025.

  • I added an "Infomercial" on to my registration; when and how should I send my video?
    • File format: MP4 file
    • How to send your video: After registering, a link to a Google Drive folder will be shared with you; please upload your video to that folder.
    • Deadline to share your video: January 13, 2025
  • When should I arrive and when can I start setting up?
    • Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. so that they are set up when registration starts at 8 a.m. Everyone has to be out of the building by 5:30 p.m.
  • Where can I park?
    • The UW-River Falls University Center offers 15-minute free parking with flashers right in front of the building. Once you have unloaded, please proceed to park in Parking lot Pay2.
  • Are flatbeds/carts available?
    • Yes.
  • How much space will I have?
    • Exhibitors will have a 6-foot table, two chairs, and the space immediately surrounding the table.
  • Where will my table be located?
    • After we have the full exhibitor list, we will place you in prominent areas in the main entry and general common areas. You will receive a map of your location prior to arrival or upon arrival.
  • Are electric outlets available?
    • Some tables have access to electric outlets, so PLEASE indicate if you would like this option.
  • Will I get to talk to attendees?
    • Yes, our schedule has times built in for exhibitors and attendees to connect.
  • Can I sell merchandise at the conference?
    • As long as it is not for sale in the UWRF bookstore or directly competes with the UWRF bookstore, you can sell merchandise.
