Professional development roundtables: During the conference, you will have multiple opportunities to share with conference attendees. A table and attendees can sit with you to discuss the options and opportunities available at two different food events. Roundtable opportunities occur at the following times:

  • Monday, September 30 during afternoon coffee break:  3–4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 1 during breakfast: 7–8 a.m.
