Undergrad majorMarketing includes designing new products, pricing, advertising and delivering products to customers. The field offers many subfields to explore such as sales, digital marketing, social media, market research, public relations, advertising, content marketing, and more. Marketing is a field that values creativity, strong analytical skills and people skills.
Graduate programs
Minors
Marketing majors are not required to have a minor; however, it is recommended. Are you a marketing major in search of a complementary minor? The College of Business Administration (CBA) offers eight different minors for undergraduate students:

- Business Administration
- Business Analytics
- Economics (CBA)
- Healthcare Analytics Management
- Information Systems
- International Business
- Sustainable Business
Although, marketing majors do not have to declare a minor within the CBA. Common minors among marketing students include:
- Art
- Communication Studies
- Creative Writing
- Digital Media Studies & Design
- Leadership Development
- Professional and Technical Writing (no website available)
- Psychology
- Spanish
