2015-2016 Mathematics & Statistics Club
About Us
The UWL Math & Stats Club is a social organization for students with an strong interest in mathematics. We meet weekly to discuss problems, play games, and learn about interesting topics in mathematics and statistics beyond the scope of what is taught in the classroom. We also provide information on career and graduate school opportunities in the various fields of mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, and math education. We strongly encourage all of our members to participate in mathematics competitions and attend relevant colloquiums/conferences that take place throughout the year.
