83rd Annual

Abstract submission is now open until Monday, October 23rd at 11:59 pm.

Please submit your abstracts using this link.

Note: registration is separate from abstract submission. This submission does not automatically register you for the meeting.

Presentation guidelines

  Oral Presenters:

  • Twenty minutes have been allotted for each talk, 15 minutes for the talk itself and 5 minutes for questions.
  • Each room is equipped with a PC computer so you should bring your presentation on a flash drive or some other portable storage medium or be able to access it to download it to the PC. We would rather not have to switch out the connections to personal laptops if it can be avoided.  (Contact me if you think you may have an issue.)
  • People who are speaking in the morning sessions should stop by their assigned room prior to the welcome address at 8:30 am on Friday or after the business meeting before 9 am on Saturday to load their presentation onto the computer.
  • People who are speaking in the afternoon session should stop by their assigned room toward the end of the lunch break to load their presentation onto the computer prior to the start of the sessions.

   Poster Presenters:

  • The poster boards can accommodate the standard 4’ x 3’ poster.
  • Posters are attached to the boards using pins that will be provided for you.
  • Each poster has been assigned a number in the program that corresponds to your poster board. Posters should be put up right away in the morning or during the first session.
  • Presenters with an odd numbered poster are scheduled to stand by their posters from 3:30 – 4:30 pm and those with an even numbered poster are scheduled to stand by their posters from 4:30 – 5:30 pm. This will allow presenters time to view the other posters. Posters should stay up until 5:30 pm and then be taken down. Posters that are not removed by 5:40 pm will be discarded.

Return to home.
