UWL Alumnus Jacob Wudtke earned his undergraduate degree in Radiation Therapy and continued years later to pursue a graduate degree in Medical Dosimetry from UWL. Wudtke, now a medical dosimetrist, works at UW-Health in Madison.

Medical Dosimetrist Patrick Melby graduated from UWL with a degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology in 2012, applied for the medical dosimetry program in 2014 and was in the program 2015-2016. Heather Parks from the Northwestern medicine Delnor Cancer Center in Geneva, Illinois, has received the UW-La Crosse Medical Dosimetry Program’s 2020 Medical Dosimetry Clinical Educator Award. The honor recognizes clinical educators assisting the program’s students with the clinical internship experience.
