Application and admission timeline

  • Late April
    • CASPA portal opens
    • Applicants create an account and begin application
      • Official transcripts and references submitted to CASPA
  • July 21
    • Final acceptable CASPer exam date
  • August 1
    • Deadline for "Complete" CASPA application including:
      • CASPA application (e-submitted)
      • All required documents (transcripts, references, etc.)
    • Program Application Fee (submitted to UWL)
    • International applicants - all required additional documents (i.e. TOEFL, foreign credential evaluation). 

*CASPA stops accepting materials and the program deactivates the Program Application Fee link at the deadline. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

  • Mid to Late August
    • Interview candidates selected and notified via email 
  • Monday, September 23, 2024
    • On campus interviews (first of two dates)
      • Requirement of admittance
      • Interview dates and times are assigned, alternate dates and times will not be offered under any circumstances. Interviews via telephone or internet will not be permitted. 
  • Friday, October 4, 2024
    • On campus interviews (second of two dates)
      • Requirement of admittance
      • Interview dates and times are assigned, alternate dates and times will not be offered under any circumstances. Interviews via telephone or internet will not be permitted. 
  • Early November
    • Candidates interviewed in September and October are notified of admission status.
  • Late May
    • Students begin courses.
