Forest bathing + Mushroom hunting

A student org event from Mindful Souls

Forest bathing + Mushroom hunting

Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is the art of immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere to reduce stress, boost mood, and enhance overall well-being.

What to expect:
    •    Light stretching
    •    Tuning into the senses
    •    Solo forest time to reconnect
    •    Nature drawing
    •    Singing bowls
    •    Tea ceromony
    •    Take-home affirmations
(All while exploring and hunting for mushrooms!)

Note: We won’t be taking mushrooms home unless they’re free from the soil — we’re keeping the forest full and healthy as mushrooms continue to grow with the warmer weather!

Note: Student led by past RTH nature therapy student

From to at Hixon Forest parking lot Hickory trail .
