Self Defense Class

Learn to protect yourself - Defend against chokes, knife attacks and grabs

Unveil your inner strength by enrolling in our self-defense class. In this course, students will learn the ability to defend against a multitude of attacks. Whether it be chokes, grabs, or knife attacks, students will develop the strength and confidence to survive an attack. This is a four week course that meets once a week for an hour and a half.  Starts September 24

Taught by a UWL police officer, this course is held in a non-competitive environment where students work with each other to better their abilities and confidence. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, the course is designed to teach real self defense in the shortest possible time.
