Great Ideas for Teaching Students (GIFTS): Discussion Prompts

Description: In May 2024, several UWL instructors participated in The Discussion Project to learn about the power and need for creating engaging and organized classroom discussion prompts and spaces. In this lunch-and-learn session, attendees will hear from various participants in The Discussion Project; they will share GIFTS (great ideas for teaching students) specific to models and ways they have designed and executed specific discussion activities in their courses. * LUNCH PROVIDED TO REGISTERED ATTENDEES! *
