Dept of Corrections Reentry Simulation

The DOC will be visiting UWL to provide students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to experience the realities of reentering society after a period of incarceration. The exercise simulates the first four weeks of reentry to highlight the barriers and difficulties offenders face during the transition from prison to the community.  

This is a great event for those who will be working with individuals who might experience incarceration and those who are interested in understanding the practical, psychological, and social challenges of the first four weeks of reentry.

Space is limited and signing up for the event is required. Please visit the following link to sign up via a Qualtrics survey. Email Dr. Lisa Kruse (lkruse@uwlax.edu) with any questions.
