UWL Holiday Luncheon

The holiday season is here! The annual HOLIDAY LUNCHEON for UWL faculty, staff, retirees, and emeriti will be held on Thursday, December 12, in The Bluffs-Second Floor, Student Union. Doors open at 11:15 am (11am for emeriti/retirees) and we will continue to serve until about 12:45 p.m.

 Tickets are on sale now for $9.50 through Friday, December 6.

The menu will consist of the following options: 

  • GARDEN SALAD WITH DRESSINGS
  • DINNER ROLL WITH BUTTER
  • CHANCELLOR'S CHICKEN-served at the buffet on the end. 5 ounce breast
  • PORK TENDERLOIN WITH A RED WINE REDUCTION-served at buffet on the end
  • VEGAN OPTION-TBD
  • ROASTED BABY REDS WITH ROSEMARY
  • SAUTEED GREEN BEANS WITH SHALLOTS
  • DESSERT-TBD
  • COFFEE STATION
  • HOLIDAY PUNCH: 2 cups OJ, 2 cups Cranberry juice, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup ginger ale

You may purchase tickets at the Information Desk in the Student Union, or there is an online option for a small fee.

We hope you consider joining your campus colleagues to celebrate a meal with festive holiday music (performed by UWL's Concert Choir under the direction of Chris Hathaway).
