Guest Speaker: Claudia Williamson Kramer

Claudia Williamson Kramer, Distinguished Chair of Free Enterprise and Professor of Economics at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, will facilitate a round table discussion, then present her research lecture Gender, Culture, and Capitalism, followed by a reception.

Dr. Kramer is the Probasco Distinguished Chair of Free Enterprise and Professor of Economics at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and serves as the Director of the Center for Economic Education. Her research interests focus on applied economic development and political economy, with a emphasis on the intersection of incentives and knowledge. Dr. Kramer earned her undergraduate degree in economics from Marshall University and her PhD in economics from West Virginia University.
