Understanding Eating Disorders: A Guide for College Students

Webinar Screening for Eating Disorders Awareness Week

This year, Eating Disorders Awareness Week is February 24 - March 2. Join the Peer Health Advocates for this webinar from The Renfrew Center!

This webinar is designed specifically for college students to deepen their understanding of eating disorders, how they affect mental and physical health, and how to support oneself or others who may be struggling. Facilitated by Bridget Shertzer, MS, LPC, this workshop will give participants a clearer perspective on recognizing warning signs, accessing resources, and dismantling harmful myths about eating disorders.

The Renfrew Center's campaign, Our Bodies. Our Truths. is "dedicated to rejecting diet culture and embracing authenticity in all its forms. Through shared experiences, we honor the beauty of real, unfiltered lives. Together, we can celebrate the power of self-acceptance, speak our truths, and champion the value of living fully as we are."
