Psych Hour Series

Myth-busting! CTC's Resources, TherapyTok and How to Avoid Spreading Fake News about Student Mental Health

Psych Hour is a weekly initiative designed to foster community and promote intellectual engagement within the Psychology Department. As the Counseling Services Director on UWL's campus, Dr. Champion will present on strategies to prevent the spread of misinformation regarding students’ mental health. Previously, Dr. Champion has presented “What is Your Best Hope for Today” at the Wisconsin Area College Counseling Conference. While Psych Hour is primarily intended for Psychology students, all members of the UWL community are welcome to attend.
