Denim Day

All day celebration with Violence Prevention on April 30

Join Violence Prevention, the Peer Health Advocates, and New Horizons in recognition of Denim Day on April 30, 2025! Denim Day engages people around the world with a shared purpose, to support survivors and educate themselves and others about all forms of sexual violence. Wear denim and teal to campus on April 30, 2025 to show your support.

Schedule of events:

8:00am-4:30pm - Denim Day Headquarters in Student Union 3105, all day celebration!

  • Free snacks and swag
  • Advocacy activities (poster making, Letters to Survivors, button making, jeans decorating, and add a square to our Advocacy Quilt)

8:00am-9:30am - Stop by our table on the first floor of the Student Union

11:00am-12:30pm - Show your support for sexual assault survivors at the Clocktower!

2:00pm-3:00pm - Stop by our table on the first floor of the Student Union
