Inclusive Teaching Institute
A page within Center for Advancing Teaching and Learning (CATL)
The Center for Advancing Teaching and Learning and the Institute for Social Justice offers an institute on inclusive teaching practices called the Inclusive Teaching Institute (ITI). This one-week immersive experience will allow participants to explore inclusive teaching practices and social justice pedagogies with a focus on accessibility and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Participants will work independently on redesigning one course for an upcoming term. Limited enrollment.
Participation carries a $500 stipend and those who complete the Institute receive an "Inclusive Teaching Certificate" badge on their UWL profile.
