Borrow a Book
STEP 1: Find a book.
This spreadsheet lists all the books CATL has available for check-out. Review the list and find one that interests you. Search by title, author, or subject area.
STEP 2: Come get the book!
Head on over to CATL to get the book off the bookshelf. The lending library is located outside of 184 Wing.
STEP 3: Check out the book.
Use this simple form to let us know what book you are borrowing and when you anticipate returning it to CATL.
STEP 4: Read the book.
This is the best step! Enjoy your time reading the book. Be sure to check out if CATL has discussion/thought question options for the books available (indicated on the spreadsheet linked in step 1). Also, think about creating a small book club with some teaching buddies!
STEP 5: Return the book.
Bring the book back to the lending library and place it in the book on top of the bookcase. Fill out the form again to let us know what book you returned. (Form is also available via QR code at the lending library!)
STEP 6: Repeat steps 1-5.
Keep reading and let us know if you have recommendations on books to add to our collection.
