HOUSING
All housing arrangements are the responsibility of the registrant. Daily shuttle service to the workshop will be available from the Hampton Inn and Suites located in downtown La Crosse. The room rate indicated (plus tax) will be available until 3-4 weeks prior to the workshop. Be sure to book rooms early as sometimes there are other conventions in town. Also, to get the discounted rate, make sure to identify the fact that you will be attending the UWL/LEHP Cardiac Rehab workshop. A listing of additional hotels and motels in the area (transportation on your own) will be included with your workshop registration confirmation packet. Airbnb is also a great resource.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
A complimentary banquet is included with tuition. Other social activities, such as a Mississippi River dinner cruise, may also be scheduled depending on weather and time.
CONTROLLED ATTENDANCE
To ensure a productive learning experience, a maximum enrollment of 60 people has been established for this workshop. We recommend you register as soon as possible to secure course placement and housing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Organization cancellation: The La Crosse Exercise and Health Program reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. If this should occur, the participant will be notified two weeks in advance of the workshop date and will receive a full refund. The La Crosse Exercise and Health Program will not be responsible for travel cancellation charges due to a cancelled workshop.
Registrant cancellation: If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the workshop, a refund less a $100 (U.S.) processing fee will be made.
ACCREDITATION
All registrants will automatically receive CEUs directly from the La Crosse Exercise and Health Program. One CEU is awarded per lecture hour.
