Download the Application document (word & pdf format links given in the right-hand box) – be sure the content appears in the order listed in the document:
- Cover sheet
- Proposal narrative [Proposal narratives are limited to 5 double-spaced pages. A minimum font size of 11 (eleven) should be used.]
- Budget summary & justification
Note: The application must be saved and submitted as a single searchable PDF file (not scanned into a PDF) to the RSC director: Eric Strauss, estrauss@uwlax.edu.
