Join us for the annual UWL 5k Turkey Trot run and walk! UWL's Turkey Trot is the area's original Trot and is a popular Thanksgiving tradition for many friends and families throughout the region! The event includes a costume contest, coloring contest and Junior Gobbler races which feature a dash and half mile race for younger trotters. Awards are given in the 5k race to the top overall male and female finisher, top three finishers in each age group, and to the top 5 participants who finish closest to their predicted finish time.

Prizes and awards
You don't have to be the fastest runner to be a winner in the Turkey Trot. We reward participants who most closely predict their finish time along with the top finishers.
Closest predictors
"Chip time" is used to identify who most closely predicts their finish time. The top 3 male and 3 female predictors without going over will win medals.
Top finishers
"Chip Time" is used to determine the top finishers and age group winners. The top overall 3 male and 3 female finishers win medals and prizes.
Awards age divisions
"Gun Time": is used to determine the top 3 male and 3 female finishers in each age division. Top 3 in each age division will win medals.
