Accessibility

Graduate & Extended Learning aims to facilitate events that are seamlessly executed and foster an atmosphere of respect, understanding, and equal participation for all. Our expertise in planning and implementation of measures to support accessibility will ensure your event is a space where everyone can fully engage regardless of their background or abilities.

Catering

We will work with catering staff at any location to identify their ability to provide alternate food choices to accommodate:

  • Allergies
  • Food sensitivities
  • Dietary preferences
  • Faith-based dietary adherence

Our online registration forms provide a section for participants to list their dietary requirements. We will also provide a secondary way for registrants to contact us after completing their registration to provide updated dietary requests.

Communication

Graduate & Extended Learning will provide insight and assistance communicating with your participants. We can provide print pieces in alternative formats, work with you to craft an accessibility statement for your program material, and provide helpful insight to your presenters/facilitators/speakers to help them provide an accessible experience to all participants.

Registration

Our online registration services will:

  • Provide contact information to request accommodations
  • Include a dietary request section (when food/beverage will be served)
  • Include an alternative to registering online
