11 a.m.–noon Prepare lunch

12:30–1 p.m. Guess the ingredient game
1–1:15 p.m. Dinner entree demonstration
1:15–2:45 p.m. Knife skills practice and finale dinner preparation
2:45–3 p.m. Kitchen clean-up
3 p.m. Dismissal
NOTE: Parents/guardians are required to be present to check students out from Kids' Culinary Academy.

9–9:30 a.m. Welcome back, kitchen prep challenge
9:30–10 a.m. Create menu, review recipes, and create master prep list for the finale dinner
10–11 a.m. Desserts and pastries demo
11–11:30 a.m. Food & culture: Presentation by UWL International Education & Engagement
11:30 a.m.–noon International lunch prep
Noon–12:30 p.m.  Lunch
12:30–2 p.m. Finale dinner menu review and prep
2–2:15 p.m. Snack break
2:15–2:45 p.m Finale dinner prep
2:45–3 p.m. Kitchen clean-up
3 p.m.  Camper Dismissal
