Gerontology at UWL
Age of Love: The Emphasis in coordination with a number of campus departments and community organization screened the documentary about adults (70+) speed dating and talking about relationships (March 29, 2016). There were over 125 members of the campus and La Crosse community in attendance.
Alzheimer's Research Forum : Event was held April 16, 2015 in conjunction with Careers in Aging Week and sponsored by UWL, Alzheimer's Association, Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute and Mayo Clinic Health System. It was attended by over 150 students, professionals, and community members.
