Tax documentation for all UW employees.
Tax season will soon be upon us and it’s time to start getting your documents in order. UW Shared Services (UWSS) generates tax documentation for all UW employees. Current UW Employees can find tax statements within their Web Portal. Employees can also obtain older tax statements by request.
It is recommended that you review/update your address information by January 15th in the “my.wisconsin.edu” portal and make any needed changes to ensure your preferred address is used for tax statement distribution. Additionally, unless you have consented to receive only an electronic copy of your tax statement, your tax form will be sent via U.S. Mail to your home mailing address on file.
