March begins the final phase of the evaluation process for UW-La Crosse Limited, Non-Instructional Academic Staff, and University Staff.
It is during this timeframe that the final supervisor evaluations are developed. Between March and June is when the evaluations are typically delivered and reviewed with employees. All evaluations are due by June 30, 2021.
As a reminder, the FY21 performance evaluation cycle will be transitioned from the paper-based tool to an online ePerformance module, located in the MyUW portal.
Employees and supervisors can expect additional, automated, email communication to begin the process of finalizing the Fiscal Year 2021 evaluation.
The evaluation program is a six-step process, which allows for several optional engagements, with the final two being required:
