Performance evaluations transition from paper-based to online modules.

HR has been communicating since March 2020, that the FY21 performance evaluation cycle will be transitioned from the paper-based tool to an online ePerformance module, located in the MyUW portal.  

Employees and supervisors can expect additional communication on or before 2/1/2021 as well as 3/1/2021 to begin the process of finalizing the Fiscal Year 2021 evaluation.  Please note the manager evaluation and the acknowledgment are due for Limited, Academic Staff, and University Staff by 6/30/2021.  For more information visit the HR Performance Management page.

An additional workshop with an overview, training, and where to find additional information, for employees will be provided on December 18, 2020, at 10:00 AM.  Below is the access information.  The event will be recorded.
