Employee Self Service (ESS) Direct Deposit January 2021

Payroll checks fully managed online.

On December 13, 2020, UWL employees were given the ability to manage their payroll check direct deposit online via the new Human Resource System self-service functionality. 

With the new functionality, HR will no longer accept a paper direct deposit form to add, edit, or delete a direct deposit account. Employees can fully manage all aspects of their accounts online. 

Employees will enjoy the ease of access and a more efficient direct deposit management tool. The online experience also provides an enhanced experience on mobile devices and tablets.  For instructions on how to utilize this tool, you can find that information on the HR website, here
