Preventive Care

Your health plan pays 100% of certain preventive care services with no out-of-pocket costs to you. Preventive care is routine health care that includes screenings, checkups, and patient counseling to help prevent illnesses, disease, or other health problems.  More on Preventive Care Coverage


Preventive Drugs Covered at 100%

The pharmacy benefit pays 100% of certain preventive drugs with no out-of-pocket costs to you. A preventive drug is used to help avoid disease and maintain health. These drugs are considered effective in preventing the development of a health conditions or disease.  More on Preventive Drug Coverage

  • Tetanus
  • Hepatitis
  • Shingles
  • Measles
  • Mumps
  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
  • Pertussis

  • COVID-19*
  • Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)

* Medicare members should present their red, white, and blue Medicare card at the pharmacy for coverage. These vaccines are covered under Medicare Part B.  Find in-network pharmacies


Diabetes Management

The It’s Your Health: Diabetes program provides one-on-one diabetes management support with a nurse coach and reduced copays for diabetes-related prescriptions for members who enroll in the IYC Health Plan and Access Plan. Members who enroll in a high deductible health plan can still receive one-on-one support but will be responsible for the pharmacy costs as outlined in their benefits materials. Call Navitus at 1-866-333-2757 with pharmacy-related questions. Call WebMD at 1-800-821-6591 for one-on-one diabetes management coaching and to get registered.
