The Department of Employee Trust Funds has updated its gender change policy, effective November 1, 2022.
The updated policy simplifies the process for members submitting gender change requests to ETF. Members can now use the Address/Name/Gender Change (ET-2815) form, and no additional documentation is required.
Please note:
- The member must submit the request for any dependents under the age of 18.
- ETF’s systems are currently only able to accept male or female for gender.
