Microscope

This email was sent to employees who will be required to submit an Outside Activity Report. Employees in a Limited, Faculty, and Academic Staff Classifications with appointments 50% or greater are required to submit a report.

This email is being sent to you as you have been identified as someone who is required to submit an Outside Activities Report (OAR)
Colleague,
On April 4, 2022, you were notified that you would be required to submit an Outside Activity Report (OAR) as required by UWS Chapter 8.  This report must be submitted no later than April 30, 2022.  Failure to report Outside Activities by this date may result in your ineligibility from receiving the Pay Plan base wage increases.
UWL Human Resources recognizes that, while electronic, the form submission has many desired enhancements, inclusive of ways to log back in to confirm your form has been approved, etc.  To compensate for this, UWL Human Resources has added to the "Current Employee Information Dashboard" information related to your Outside Activity Submissions.  Once submitted and approved, your OAR will appear in the "Outside Activities" tab of the dashboard.  (Please note, the dashboard is updated daily, so there will be a one-day lag between submission and posting in the dashboard).
As a reminder, the information from yesterday's email is located below so you can complete your OAR, should you still need to do so.

ACTION REQUIRED

  • Complete the OAR for the 2021 calendar year which can be accessed from Complete the OAR Form.
  • Submit your OAR by April 30, 2022.

Employees who do not complete the OAR by April 30,2022 will be considered non-compliant with this reporting requirement pursuant to Chapter UWS 8 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. This may result in ineligibility for base, lump sum or pay plan salary adjustments.
