Drinking enough water is one of the easiest and most important things you can do for your health. By staying hydrated, you can help boost your mood, improve your sleep and keep every part of your body functioning at its best.
The Challenge starts TODAY, but you still have until February 8 to register!
How it works: During Rethink Your Drink, you’ll replace sugary drinks with water and track how much you drink for 21 of 28 days. Drink six or more glasses of water for 14 days to earn your well-being activity. In addition, complete the online Health Assessment and health check to earn your $150 incentive.
Know your hydration level: Not sure if you’re drinking enough water? One way to tell is by checking the color of your urine. Just match the color of your urine stream to the chart and read the hydration level.
