On February 17th, 2021, the Group Insurance Board (GIB) met and the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) provided a COVID-19 update, a summary of 2021 It’s Your Choice (IYC) Annual Benefits Enrollment (ABE) period, proposed benefits plan changes for the 2022 plan year and approved the 2022 ABE period.
