Meeting summary from the Group Insurance Board meeting.
On November 18th, 2020, the Group Insurance Board (GIB) met and the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) provided updates to the COVID-19 pandemic and emergency room usage strategic initiative. ETF also proposed a change to their benefits plan decision-making tool and several contract extensions as described below.
