On April 4, 2022, employees required to submit an Outside Activity Report were emailed notifying them that they must submit this required report before April 30, 2022. As a supervisor, you are required to review and approve the form – even if the employee is reporting no activities.

On April 4, 2022, employees required to submit an Outside Activity Report were emailed notifying them that they must submit this required report before April 30, 2022. As a supervisor, you are required to review and approve the form – even if the employee is reporting no activities.
In an effort to help you as a supervisor manage your individual unit’s participation, UWL Human Resources has added data related to your employees’ submission of this form to the Supervisor Dashboard. Access the Supervisor Dashboard here, and then click on “Outside Activities” to view your employees’ status and what is needed to be approved.
Employees will be reminded three times via email regarding the need to submit their information before April 30, 2022. Failure to comply with this requirement will make the employee ineligible for Pay Plan.
