On August 1, 2022, all Overload/Lump Forms for non-student employees will be accepted only through the new online form in HRS. Read this post for training information.

Online Training
UW Service Operations has developed several online training programs for submitters and approvers of the new Overload/Lump Form in HRS.

- If you have already requested or been provided the security access for submitting an Overload/Lump form, you can access the online training program here: https://uwservice.wisconsin.edu/professionaldevelopment/learning-path/.
In-Person Training
There will be two in-person training opportunities for the Overload/Lump form training. BEFORE attending the in-person training it is recommended that stakeholders take the online learning path mentioned above.
- August 4, 2022, at 8:00 AM in the Cleary Center during the Administrative Support Workshop.
- August 24, 2022, at 9:00 AM in Human Resources Training Room (Graff Main Hall 144)
Reporting and Viewing Forms
For Supervisors and other campus stakeholders, reporting tools have been deployed so that you can manage and track your department’s Overload/Lump requests.
- To view and/or modify the submitted requests, you can view them right from the Submission Dashboard.
- The Tableau Supervisor Dashboard and the Campus Budget/Business Manager Dashboards all have Overload/Lump data now including access to view, track, and manage these requests. (Data will begin to be displayed after 8/1/2022).
