Sleep Tight, Feel Right -- StayWell Challenge

Snooze your way to a healthier, happier you and earn rewards with the 28-day Seize the Zzzz Sleep Challenge. Registration is now open!

From September 1 to September 28, you can earn your well-being activity credit by getting a good night’s rest. All you have to do is hit the hay and record how you slept for 21 of 28 days of the challenge. Completion of your well-being activity, plus the health assessment and a health check, earns you $150*.

Getting enough sleep isn’t always easy, so throughout the challenge, we’ll provide you with tips and tricks for getting more shuteye.

Sleep Tip: Don’t let your bedroom get too warm. Sleep can be disrupted at temperatures above 72° F
