UWL HR Presents Supervisor Training December 2024
Join us for a two session Supervisor Training hosted by UW-La Crosse HR! This program is scheduled for December 5th and December 12th from 8:30am to 12pm in Student Union room 3105.
This training is designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to excel in your supervisory role and empower your team to achieve their goals. We will cover important topics such as managing difficult conversations, delivering effective coaching and feedback, and developing SMART goals. You will learn how to provide both positive and constructive feedback during evaluations enhancing your leadership capabilities.
By participating in this training, you'll not only elevate your own skills but also contribute to our shared mission of excellence at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
