UWL HR is excited to invite you to participate in our upcoming session on Conflict Management for Employees.
This class will allow participants to understand and dissect their role in the conflict, which is the first step to conflict management. This is a journey to assess and learn what you can do differently, to "play in the sandbox" productively with a wide variety of people.

About the presenter:
Lindsay has been dedicated to serving adults with disabilities for the last 13 years through Wisconsin’s family care program. She has since extended her experience to a managerial role expanding her supports to providers and company staff. Prior to family care, Lindsay was a community services program supervisor and has experience with the juvenile justice system and other youth services.
Valuing advanced training opportunities, Lindsay enjoys course work in motivational interviewing and mindfulness. She recently completed a course in enhancing engagement in the workplace. Lindsay recognizes the importance of learning through practice.
A graduate of Winona State University in 2008 with a bachelor’s in social work, Lindsay is now practicing licensed social work in the state of Wisconsin. She takes pride in helping her community through empathy, humor, and shared experiences.
